Media Owner & Operator FAQIs this technology legally protected?
Yes. Billboard Bounty's virtual geofencing architecture, roadside attribution mechanisms, and dynamic queue-shuffling systems are protected by pending U.S. patents. We filed early to protect partner operators from major programmatic conglomerates attempting to replicate the drive-by perk ecosystem in your local territory.
How does the 60/40 revenue split and monthly pricing floor work?
We never touch your core physical billboard lease rates. You sell your local advertisers an incremental digital drive-by attribution upgrade. You keep 60% of that add-on fee, and Billboard Bounty receives 40%. Billboard Bounty’s platform share is anchored by a firm floor of $50/month per active merchant per board (whichever amount is greater). Furthermore, our multi-tenant architecture allows you to stack 3 to 5 non-competing merchants behind a single structure, multiplying monthly revenue per face.
Did you secure a physical billboard contract for your 90-day pilot?
No, and that is intentionally how the engine was designed. Our software operates on a virtual geofencing layer. For our sandbox pilot along Southern California commuter corridors, we hardcode exact public GPS coordinates directly into our spatial backend—proving out foot-traffic conversion without altering physical vinyl, modifying digital CMS loops, or requiring sign company operational downtime.
How does it work without adding hardware?
The entire platform runs via mobile GPS geofencing on our mobile app backend. When commuters travel through a roadside attribution zone, the platform queues an advertiser perk directly to their device for redemption at the physical register. Your physical steel, vinyl wraps, and digital LED panels remain 100% untouched.
